As a specialty boutique we have very high strict standards that we adhere to and these standards have to be upheld at all times, to insure that our customers get the very best of every dime spent on their dresses or any other items purchased. If you are not sure about your purchase on line our customer support team are professionals at answering your questions and always available to assist you with sizing or any other questions or concerns you may have. Otherwise, we would kindly suggest that you purchase from a store that does returns or exchanges.

Please note that your dress or other merchandise is often ordered from the manufacturer, thus it cannot be returned. Please be sure to take your measurements carefully as you are responsible for selecting your own size. We will help you but the final decision lies with you. Manufacturer size charts are provided as a measuring guide to assist you in selecting the size that best fits your body measurements. We inspect every dress that comes through us to check for any defects or damages, however, in the event the dress arrives to you in a damaged condition, please contact us by email at customersupport@blushkids.com within 48 hours of receiving your dress. We will then send a return authorization for the damaged dress and send you a replacement dress or issue a merchandise credit if a replacement is unavailable at the time. Any damaged dress must be returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels in place. There are no Returns, Exchanges, Refunds or Store Credits on any Orders! No cancellations are allowed after you have placed your order.There are no returns or exchanges for any reason on Clearance Dresses or other items. Any items on Clearance is Final Sale!

Since we are both an internet site and have a physical storefront, we accept no exchanges from our store stock. In our peak season it could take us approximately one billing cycle ( 30 days ) to process a return or exchange. We do not allow exchanges because of the fact that we are a specialty boutique and the nature of our business does not allow this. Because we want you our customer to get a dress or any other merchandise fresh out of the box, we cannot tolerate any returns or exchanges, shipping from one to the other.

Please also note that our local storefront does not carry all of the manufactures shown on our website, as these are only internet specials. We attempt to keep our prices the lowest possible and still abide by our policies. Because we special order items for you our customer directly from our manufacturers, we cannot return them to the manufacturers for an exchange. We only accept changes to an order via email and are not guaranteed and are subject to the no return policy.
