The Type Of Purchase. We allow EXCHANGES ONLY on items that are NOT SPECIAL ORDERS! NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping Cost and all applicable taxes at the time of purchase are not inclusive!
UPON DELIVERY:
Please check all merchandise immediately upon delivery to determine if you really want to keep it. Any wearing, altering, damaging, removal of tags or destroying of packaging constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered. We are not responsible if you order the wrong size, style, color or need alterations. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged during shipment or upon receipt.
Return merchandise must be back to us within (14) days of receipt. No Returns will be accepted unless our authorization number is shown on package. Packages with no RA# will be REFUSED and will not be refunded or exchanged.
Merchandise must be unworn with all tags attached
and packaged in its original condition.A Store Credit may be issued only if Merchandise is received in it's original condition at the time of Sale and/or if you decide that you do not want an Exchange for the Item you purchased. No Exchanges, Returns or Refunds on Special Orders!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Your 100% satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you receive an item and need to exchange it for a different size, style or color, please call us or email us the same day or day after receiving your merchandise. It will be our pleasure to assist you in handling your exchange.
If for some reason you're in a rush and need a different size or color on a stock item that you ordered, we are asking that you place your new order for the item you need and then return the one you ordered within the (14) day period in original condition with original tags attached.
You will then be credited for the amount when the returned merchandise is received. Credit usually takes 3-5 business days, depending upon the nature of the problem.
If it's a mistake made by us then you will be reimbursed for the return shipping.
Due to the nature of special occasion wear, we are asking that you please contact us within 48 hours after receiving and return within (14) days.
Please do not return merchandise without first contacting us. Merchandise that is being Returned without an RA# will not be accepted!

There is a No Restocking Fee on items Returned! If Returned, a Store Credit will be issued minus all Shipping Charges applicable at time of purchase. Cancellation of Pending Special Order. No change can be made to a special order after it has been processed. Customer will be required to pay a 50% cancellation penalty if they cancel their special order prior to shipment.
DELIVERY DATES:
While every attempt is made to meet or exceed your requested delivery date, it is not a guaranteed delivery date. Items can deliver a bit later in some cases so please allow adequate time before your Wear Date. A requested delivery date can not be changed after the order is placed.

SIZING & COLOR DISCLAIMER:
Size Charts are provided to assist you with selecting the best size. Remember that size charts are provided by the manufacturers and are the approximate measurements of their entire line and not necessarily the exact measurement of each style. Measurements will vary based on style and manufacturer. We will not be held liable if the style you order does not match the measurements on the size chart. Never order a size with measurements smaller than the person that's wearing the dress. You can always have a garment taken in or shortened but you usually cannot have it let out or lengthened. We will be happy to assist with the sizing and fitting process but will not select your size or guarantee fit because we are not in control of the accuracy of your measurements. Alterations may be necessary to perfect fit so please plan ahead and allow plenty of time.

CHECK YOUR ORDER:
Please check your order immediately once received. If
you encounter any problems,please contact us by email

ABANDONED MERCHANDISE:
a) Merchandise that is returned without any form of
identification of customer will be held over for
30 days with the anticipation of the customer
contacting us!
b) A Special Order that is refused or returned at time
of delivery will be treated as an order that is being
abandoned.
c) Instances where customers ( especially international customers - where email is the main means of correspondence ) did not respond to emails being sent requesting additional shipping information, before their order is being sent out.
In instances like the above, the customer will have
(14)days to respond to correct the situation. After
this time has elapsed, we cannot issue a STORE CREDIT
a REFUND or an EXCHANGE for such an order.

Any litigation arising out of or related to purchases to this Agreement; any breach of this agreement; the relations between the parties; and any and all disputes between the parties, whether sounding in contract, tort, or otherwise, will be instituted exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida. Parties agree that any dispute as to venue for this litigation will be submitted to and resolved exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction situated in Orange County, Florida.
TAXES, DUTIES, TARIFFS AND/OR BROKERAGE FEES:
